LOCATION

Few other areas of London can lay claim to such an eclectic and dynamic range of influences that have helped shape the rich social fabric of the area. The area’s central location, superb connectivity and burgeoning reputation for exquisite cuisine and contemporary culture have all been instrumental in establishing W1 as London’s most discerning postcode.

Gastronomy has always been a key part of London’s social spaces. Chiltern Firehouse, Roka & Villandry to name a few local establishments to try. Fitzrovia offers an eclectic (and electric) mix of fine art, galleries and live music venues. Long regarded as one of London’s prime shopping areas, Oxford Street, Bond Street, and the nearby Lanes of Mayfair provide a wealth of designer brands, bijou boutique shops, galleries and restaurants right on your doorstep. Explore, experience, enjoy.

London’s thriving nightlife, club scene, theatre and arts venues are within easy reach as you step out of your apartment into the heart of cultural London.

London’s International Airports are easily accessible through the Underground and Mainline Station network and the arrival of Crossrail in 2017/18 will further enhance the area’s connectivity, reinforcing its stature as a vibrant and bustling slice of London life

Few others areas of London can lay claim to such an electric and dynamic range of influences that have helped shaped the rich social fabric of the area. Dylan Thomas, George Orwell, Arthur Rimbaud and Virginia Woolf have all made their homes here at one time or another and key figures from the arts, film, advertising and media worlds have also defined Fitzrovia’s unique blend of the bohemian and the cosmopolitan. Additionally the area’s industrial heritage and in particular its association with couture and high fashion evokes echoes of modern New York.

The area’s central location, superb connectivity and burgeoning reputation for exquisite cuisine and contemporary culture have all been instrumental in establishing WI as London’s most discerning postcode.
